Letter: What has happened to our local paper? 

I just took part in the biggest day of protests since Trump retook office. My picture was on the front page of the paper. 

Who took the pictures? And who edited them? All you see are our backs and one sign about science. 

What has happened to our local paper? It used to be a paper of rebuttles. Now the dialogue has been sanitized. The commentary is not thought-provoking. Our former contributors seem to have a gag order.

The purpose of this rally was to remind us, “their power is weak if we just stand up.”

Please stand up and show us some of the attitude that made us proud of our local rag!
