Where to celebrate New Year’s Eve in the Vail Valley

Multi-course dinners, dancing and fireworks will help revelers ring in 2024

New Year’s Eve fireworks

Beaver Creek Winter Circus

Come up to Beaver Creek for a night of fun or stay after après ski and enjoy two fireworks shows at Beaver Creek’s Winter Circus on New Year’s Eve. At 6 p.m. set your eyes on the slopes for Beaver Creek’s traditional New Year’s Eve Ski Down with over 200 skiers and snowboarders winding their way down the ski run while lighting up the night. After the ski down enjoy the acts provided by everything from contortionists and aerialists to break dancers, fire dancers, jugglers and more. Beaver Creek Village comes alive with these circus-style performances in the open air.

Don’t forget that you can roam around with an alcoholic beverage in Beaver Creek’s Common Consumption Area (CCA). Those 21 years of age and older can purchase an adult beverage from one of Beaver Creek’s many participating restaurants and bars in a designated Common Consumption Area glass. Feel free to roam through the plaza, ice rink and shops and galleries while sipping on your favorite beverage.

Make a reservation at one of the many Beaver Creek restaurants on the plaza or at area hotels and stick around for the big finale, a fireworks show at 10 p.m. At Beaver Creek, they don’t make you stay up until midnight to ring in 2024, just in case you want to get first chair the next day.
